Of the 200 medical ventilators purchased by the Fund for public hospitals, more than 100 have already been delivered to Ukraine
July 28, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation together with Metinvest passed the next batch of equipment doctors Krivoy Rog. Clinical hospital № 8 received two ventilator high class. The city hospital № 7. The ceremony took place in the framework of the project “combating COVID-19 in Ukraine”, which was part of a larger program “Rinat Akhmetov – Saving lives”.
“Of the 200 medical ventilators purchased by the Fund for public hospitals, more than 100 have already been delivered to Ukraine. Each week equipment get few facilities. Dnipropetrovsk region will receive from the Fund 12 of the ventilator, 7 of them handed over to the doctors Krivoy Rog. Due to this, the region has practically eliminated the shortage of high quality equipment for rescue of patients with severe complications from COVID-19. After pandemic these resuscitators will save the lives of patients with other respiratory diseases,” – said the member of the Supervisory Board of the Fund of Rinat Akhmetov Natalia Yemchenko.
The representative of the company, Metinvest, Dnepropetrovsk, member of the regional headquarters of the counter-coronavirus Dmitry Murashko told that Rinat Akhmetov is the first extended a helping hand to the country when there is a problem of the epidemic.
