Already received claims of manufacturers on the current green tariff for GP “Guaranteed buyer”
The supplier of electricity for the needs of the population of GP “Guaranteed buyer” said on the risk of bankruptcy in case of failure of voting for the government bill №3658 on the reduction of “green” tariffs, which could solve the problem of shortage of funds of the state company, writes “Commander in chief”.
This is stated in circulation SE “Guaranteed buyer” in the Verkhovna Rada Committee on issues of energy and housing and communal services.
“The status of settlements in the electricity market is extremely threatening: the debt of NEK “Ukrenergo” before SE “Guaranteed buyer” is 22.8 billion UAH debts of the “certified buyer” to producers of “green” tariff of 19.4 billion UAH, in front of NNEGC “Energoatom” – 7.4 billion UAH and “Ukrhydroenergo” – 0.3 billion UAH”, – the statement reads.
In the SE “Guaranteed buyer” also noted that the company has already received claims from power producers at the “green” tariff for the recovery of arrears of electricity. Some manufacturers appeal to a court with statements on the claim by the seizure of the accounts of the SOEs.
We will remind, on July 17, investors in green energy and industry workers staged a rally under the Verkhovna Rada and the Office of the President of Ukraine in connection with the risk of disrupting the voting for the government bill No. 3658. The draft law provides for the reduction of “green” tariff on the basis of the Memorandum between the government of Ukraine and international investors with the mediation of the European energy community. According to the Prime Minister of Denis Smagala, legislative implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum will allow Ukraine to save about 2 billion euros until 2030.
