Kyiv appeal administrative court of Ukraine upheld the decisions of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) the removal of the Bank “Michael” from the market. About it reports a press-service of the NBU.
Thus, the court denied in full the shareholder of LLC “Acasian” in the lawsuit, which challenged the decision of the national Bank on the withdrawal of the Bank from the market.

Earlier, on 15 may, the District administrative court of Kiev partially satisfied the claim of the company and quashed the decision of the NBU and the Deposit guarantee Fund of individuals (fgvfl) insolvency wanka “Michael”, the introduction of a transitional administration and liquidation.
The court refused to oblige the NBU to resume “Bank Mikhailovsky”. National Bank filed an appeal, which is now Kyiv administrative court of appeals satisfied in full.
