Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said that the draft law on de-occupation of Donbass are not transferred to the government and the Cabinet will participate in its development at the time.
“In fact, this document was not submitted to the government and it is difficult to comment on, I know that these discussions go on, we will at some stage take part in this,” he said on ICTV on Monday.
The Prime Minister noted that the Cabinet previously approved a strategy for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories, and considers that it should be the basis of the bill.
According to him, all that concerns the East of Ukraine is the prerogative of the President and of the Council of national security and defense, since there antiterrorist operation is conducted.
