Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian announced the completion of negotiations, the largest European low-cost airline Ryanair with the International Borispol airport on the implementation of the flights.

As reported, Ryanair has announced its intention in October to launch flights to four destinations from Kiev and seven from the city.
