Barack Obama said in first speech since leaving the post of President of the United States that he intends now to focus on working with young people and never mentioned his successor in the White house Donald trump
“The main and most important thing I can do is to help prepare a new generation of leaders, so they can take over in this changing world,” − said Obama, speaking to the youth at the University of Chicago.
The former President noted that he would like to work in such areas as judicial reform and the funding policy.
“That’s what prevents us to face the challenges and to make progress in politics and public life,” Obama said.
Earlier it was reported that Obama is ready to return to politics for the real struggle for democracy.
