Unified register of debtors has started work in Ukraine. The list is populated with the data about citizens and companies, which the court found debtor against whom enforcement proceedings.About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of justice.
The registry is part of the automated system of enforcement proceedings. As noted in the Ministry of justice, it was established that information on unfulfilled financial obligations published in real-time.
Not be making information:
- on debtors who are state bodies, bodies of local self-government;
- on debtors who do not have arrears of Executive document on recovery of periodic payments more than 3 months;
- according to the decision of non-property character.
Information about the debtor are excluded from the Unified register of debtors simultaneously with the issuance of the decision to terminate execution proceedings, returning of the Executive document to the claimant, the return of the Executive document to the court or on the day of establishment by the contractor of the fact of absence of debt.
