Specialists of the Canadian police mission in Ukraine will train colleagues from Ternopil technique of self-defense, said the senior adviser of the educational programs of the mission, Jerry Kerr, reports UKRINFORM.
“Our main goal is to teach police officers and thus improve their personal safety. We are talking about the effective improvement of the security police, reducing risks during detention of criminals, patrolling, and other aspects of the service,” said Kerr.
According to her, representatives of the police mission in Ukraine will train their colleagues from the Ternopil technique of self-defense and arrest offenders.
Also be practiced with different scenarios of development of events, calculation of possible criminal acts risk assessment.
As reported, Canada extended its military mission in Ukraine to 2019.
