Ukraine increased its income from the export of electricity

In 2016 Ukraine exported electricity for a total amount of 152,063 million U.S. dollars, more than the previous year by 1.3%. This is stated in the official data of the State fiscal service of Ukraine (SFS), reports UNN.

According to GFS, Ukraine during last year exported electricity to Hungary – 119.3 million U.S. dollars, in Poland – by 32.39 million dollars, in Moldova – on 347 thousand of dollars to other countries – 7 thousand dollars .

Recall that in 2015, Ukraine exported electricity for a total amount of 150,057 million dollars.

In addition, on December 20, the national Commission carrying out regulation in the sphere of energy and utilities (NKREKU) adopted a decision on reducing wholesale market prices for electricity in 2017 on average 15.2% to 1285 UAH per 1 MW/h.
