Ukraine managed to resume the “Norman format” level of foreign Ministers

According to Kuleba, the second step is to raise the level of the Ukrainian delegation to the TAG.

Earlier, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine is ready to compromise on the issue of returning control of the occupied territories of Donbass and Crimea.

Kuleba, commenting on the negotiations on the Donbass, said that the Ukrainian side has provided evidence to the Germans about the presence of Russian military in the East of our country.
