The government and Parliament will have a difficult discussion of the upcoming pension reform
Government-initiated reform funded pillar of the pension may be the subject of discussion and debate. Such assumption was stated by the Minister of Finance, Sergei Marchenko in his interview to “RBC-Ukraine”.
“We present our opinion, because without the position of the Ministry of Finance it is impossible in principle. At this stage it is a matter of discussion. You can simulate different scenarios,” he said.
Thus, according to the Minister, the introduction of a funded pensions without an increase in the rate of single social contribution (ERU) “may be subject to additional payments.”
