May 22 permitted activity except the operation of restaurants in hotels
In Ukraine in regions where the weakening of anti-epidemic measures, allowed certain institutions infrastructure, though with certain restrictions.
This is stated in the relevant resolution of the government, which recently announced the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In particular, since may 22 allowed:
- sports events without spectators, which involved no more than 50 people. Sports events, which involved more than 50 people, can be carried out in coordination with the Ministry of health, the evaluation of epidemic risks;
- conduct religious activities provided that their stay does not exceed one person per 10 square metres area of the building where a religious event;
- hotels (except operation of restaurants in hotels);
- regular and irregular passenger road transport in urban, suburban and interurban intraregional and international transport, provided the carriage of passengers within the number of seats provided for the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for the vehicle;
since may 25, allowed:
- passengers of the subway provided by the carrier control over the use of personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks, including those made independently.
- visits to preschools;
since June 1, allowed:
- the work of physical culture and sport, gyms, fitness centers (in addition to conducting group sessions with number of participants more than 10 people);
- attendance in groups of no more than 10 people in educational institutions, conducting vocational practical training and state competency assessment in vocational (vocational) education, preparatory activities for the practical training, laboratory works and training sessions, assessment of applicants of higher education and appropriate preparatory activities, the receipt of documents on professional (vocational) and higher education, participation in the educational process related to adult education, at the public presentation of scientific achievements in the form of a thesis and related preparatory activities;
- transportation of passengers by rail in all types of internal messages (suburban, urban, regional and distant) among regions within the number of seats specified in the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for this vehicle. In the case of the carriage between the regions in transit through the region, which does not operate the weakening of control activities permitted within the number of seats provided for the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for this vehicle (without the right of landing passengers in the transit region). In the case of the carriage in a region which is not separated by a weakening of control activities permitted within 50 percent of the number of seats provided for the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for this vehicle, subject to Seating passengers with the free space next to, in front, behind;
- inter-provincial passenger transport by road between regions within the number of seats provided for the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for this vehicle. In the case of the carriage in a region which is not separated by a weakening of control activities permitted within 50 percent of the number of seats provided for the technical characteristics of the vehicle or specified in the registration documents for this vehicle, subject to Seating passengers with the free space next to, in front, behind;
from June 10:
- activity of institutions of power, in particular the reception of visitors in the premises, subject to anti-epidemic measures;
- the activities of cultural institutions, including the reception of visitors by the owner (governing body), including cultural events, provided that their stay does not exceed one person for 5 square metres of floor space, where applicable;
- the activities of the institutions providing accommodation services;
from 15 June:
- acceptance and sending of aircrafts, carrying out passenger traffic by air transport.
Earlier it was reported that the Cabinet has announced the criteria for the weakening of the quarantine in the regions.
