Deputies next week will begin work in a usual mode
The Verkhovna Rada at an extraordinary meeting adopted a decision on the exit from quarantine and will now work in normal mode. The relevant draft resolution was supported by 251 people’s Deputy.
The deputies made amendments to the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of March 17 “On some issues of organization of work of the Verkhovna Rada for a period of quarantine in Ukraine”, recognizing as invalid item 1 of the resolution, in particular the provisions on the operation of BP for the duration of the quarantine, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
18 may Rada starts working in accordance with the schedule of the third session of the ninth convocation, approved by the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of January 16, 2020.
Note that for the two months MPs have held several extraordinary meetings, and the first of them came not only in masks – some were even in suits. In the Assembly hall conducted disinfection, and several deputies with the coronavirus has already been in the hospital.
Meanwhile, at this meeting, Parliament finally adopted the law on banks. Before the vote in Parliament came from President Vladimir Zelensky, who noted that this law is a question of economic security of the country.
