“Gazprom” has built a 300 km gas pipeline to bypass Ukraine

The Russian gas concern “Gazprom” has built more than 300 km of gas pipeline Nord stream in the Black sea. This was announced by the head of the company Alexey Miller.

As you know, in General, the length of each line the motorways of the sea — more than 900 km Construction of the first pipeline to be completed in March 2018 and the second in 2019. Over stacking to work the ship-the pipe layer Audacia, owned by Swiss company Allseas, which won the tender “Gazprom” on a pipe-laying.

“Built 224 and 74 km. That is about 300 km,” — said Miller.

Miller also predicted record deliveries of gas to Turkey in 2017.

“The volume of deliveries to the Turkish market increased by 24.3%, plus 4.1 billion cubic meters of gas per year. This suggests that, apparently, at the end of 2017, Gazprom will establish a historical record of deliveries of gas to Turkish market. It is more than 28 billion cubic meters,” — said Miller.

We will remind, on may 8, 2017 Russia began to build the “Turkish stream”. Back in the fall of 2016 Russia and Turkey signed an agreement on the construction of “Turkish stream.” It is planned that the pipeline will pass 660 kilometers in the old corridor of South stream and 250 kilometers-within a new corridor towards the European part of Turkey. It is assumed that the supply of gas through the first pipeline will be entirely designed for the Turkish market.

However, Russia also plans the construction of a second pipeline “Nord stream” in connection with “Gazprom” promises six times to reduce gas transit through Ukraine.
