No conditions, unsanitary conditions: Groisman spoke sharply about KPVV in the Donbass

Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman sharply criticized conditions for people at the checkpoints on the demarcation line in the Donbas. He said this at a government meeting, UNIAN reports.
