Basmanny court of Moscow extended the arrest of 12 real estate confectionary factory Roshen in Lipetsk.
“At the request of the investigator the term of provisional arrest of 12 properties, extended to 13 December,” – said the press Secretary of the Basmanny court Juno Tsarev.
Under the seized property hit factory finished goods warehouse, four workshops, and a utility building housing, and seven land plots with a total area of 700 thousand square meters. The measure allows the plant to exploit the seized property, but illegal to sell it or to rent out.
