Autumn in Paris: what to do in the capital of romance

I should start by saying that September in Paris is ideal from the point of view of weather conditions. From year to year the temperature is comfortable: not too hot, but it is not necessary to wear a coat.

You will still be able to make beautiful photos in a lightweight dress on a background of the Eiffel tower and enjoy a glass of French wine, sitting on the steps in Montmartre.

Autumn in Paris there are no crowds of tourists, and life seems more measured, despite the fact that it is the capital. And especially nice that you don’t spend half my life standing in line at the Louvre, or going up on the tower.

Play petanque with the locals, stroll through the Latin quarter, take a boat ride on the Seine and climb to the free observation deck at Galeries Lafayette.

And all who will go to Paris in September for a pleasant surprise. September 16-17 in the city will be the European heritage Days in Paris. During this period, tourists will open doors to places that are usually closed to the General public. For example, the historical building of city hall, the tower Saint Jacques, the archaeological crypt under the square of Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic library, the national archives of France and the army Museum.

And on 13 September the city will host a festival of contemporary art “Paris autumn.” So you will not get bored!
