The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that demanded immediate changes in the state budget this summer. He told about it, opening a bridge through the Seversky Donets in the Izyum, Kharkiv region, transfers “112 Ukraine”.
“I told you to immediately make changes to the budget in the second reading we should have a few priorities. The first is defence and security. We will build a new factory ammunition, we are in Kharkiv will restore the production of “Strongholds”, we will build the latest rockets. 4 billion will be spent on the development of rural medicine“, – said Poroshenko.

He added that the changes were distributed money “which was stolen from Ukraine 1.5 billion dollars that was stolen by Yanukovych and his clique have been brought back and enrolled in the state budget”.
