Nasirov complained to the European court of human rights on NABOO and SAP

Suspended from the duties of head of State fiscal service (GFS) Roman Nasirov has filed a complaint with the European court of human rights to the actions against him by the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP). About it on August 17, said Nasirov.

“The European court accepted the complaint of unlawful actions by the NEB and SAP,” said the detached head of the SFS.

According to Nasirov, in his complaint, he indicates that his arrest by anti-corruption authorities and further actions of law enforcement authorities contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.

“My complaint to the European court of human rights has a credible evidence base that demonstrates the illegality of my detention, illegal actions in court for remand, the pressure on law enforcement and the courts, the illegal deprivation of my freedom”, –
said Nasirov.

Nasirov also said that the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine has opened a number of criminal cases against illegal actions of the detectives NAB, SAP prosecutors and judges.

As reported, on July 28 Nasirova handed final suspicion after the completion of the investigation by the investigators of the National anti-corruption Bureau.

We will remind, Roman Nasirov is suspected of abuse of office and embezzlement of public funds in the amount of over UAH 2 bn. The consequence considers that Nasirov, acting in the interests of the Deputy Onishchenko, the “gas business” were arbitrarily granted a number of enterprises the possibility of tax liabilities in installments.
