Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Andrew Miller has condemned the nomination of former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder to the Board of Directors of the state Corporation Russian “Rosneft”.
According to DW, the diplomat called “inappropriate from the point of view of morality” that the Kremlin instrumentalities figure of the former head of the German government. According to him, the income of “Rosneft” go to “a bloody war against Ukraine.”
Earlier, the Russian government approved candidates for election to the Board of Directors of “Rosneft” seven candidates, including Russian energy Minister Alexander Novak and former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder.
