Ex-Deputy head of Department, General Prosecutor’s office on especially important cases in the field of Economics Dmitry WM 28 Jul wears an electronic bracelet and performs all tasks assigned to him by the court commitments, said his lawyer Dmitry Dmitrenko.
“He is in Kiev. The court chose the measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest at his place of actual registration,” said the lawyer.
Dmitrenko noted that the electronic means of control of SUSU wearing on the night of 27 to 28 July.

As reported, on July 27, 2017, the Solomensky district court of Kyiv sent the ex-official of the Prosecutor General Dmitry Susa under house arrest with compulsory wearing of an electronic bracelet for 2 months.
The decision of court of WM will be under house arrest in Kiev.
In turn, the Prosecutor’s office requested arrest, setting bail of 5 million UAH.

SUSU is charged with the lack of information about foreign car in the Declaration, as well as the acquisition of another property during the investigation in several criminal proceedings.
