The world and the families of the victims in the crash of the Boeing flight MH17, should know who is responsible for the murder of their loved ones, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin.
“If economic and political sanctions to compensate the grief of all those who lost their loved ones? No, I’m afraid that’s impossible. But the Ukrainian government has committed itself – and we are determined to do everything possible to expose the truth and bring to justice the perpetrators of this mass murder,” the statement said Klimkin on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the disaster MH17, which on Monday issued a press service of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
“We are halfway to our ultimate goal. We want to know who clicked, who gave the order, and what was the final chain of command. The world and families of 298 victims need to know who is ultimately responsible for the murder of their loved ones,” – said the foreign Minister of Ukraine.
He pointed out that the prosecution of the persons involved in the Downing of flight MH17, will take place in the judicial system of the Netherlands, but this trial should be supported in all countries and “people of goodwill”.
“The evidence must be valid, a trial must be objective, and the verdict recognized at the international level”, – said Klimkin.
