The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is satisfied that the process of removal of inviolability from deputies began to move, as demonstrated this week in the Verkhovna Rada. He said this during a speech at the Lviv armored plant, UNIAN reports.
“They (law enforcement agencies. – Ed.) now demonstrate its determination and achievements in the fight against corruption. This week you saw it in Parliament, when, unfortunately, not all, but removed the immunity,” – said Poroshenko.

At the same time, he regrets that it was not possible to remove inviolability from all deputies, which was served performance.
“Never in the history of Ukraine, this was not when, in particular, of the factions of the coalition, the decision on lifting of immunity and presentation of suspicion. No one will have the umbrella, if he is corrupt,” added the President.
