The VR regulations Committee will discuss ideas about the consent to the criminal prosecution of five people’s deputies of Ukraine. July 3 Committee on rules of procedure considered the idea of bringing to criminal liability of the people’s Deputy from the faction “people’s front” Eugene Dade. Document to the Parliament on 21 June was made by the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko. According to the Prosecutor General’s office of policy actions there are signs of illicit enrichment in the amount of 6.1 million. However, the discussion in the Committee on Monday turned out not in favor of the GPU – the Committee considered the representation to be insufficiently substantiated and did not recommend the Parliament to remove the immunity of Dade. However, in its decision, the regulation Committee has not given a refusal to lift the immunity of MP and just returned the performance back to the GPU due to insufficient substantiation.
As stated in Facebook the head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP) Nazar Golodnitsky, SAP prepare and submit a new submission in respect of Dade.

July 4 Committee on rules of procedure considered the idea of granting consent to criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy group “people’s Will” Oles Dovgy. Information about the impending idea of bringing to criminal liability of the people’s Deputy from the Radical party Andrei Lozovoy from time to time appeared in the information space. But now the rumors and allegations become fact – Lutsenko has submitted to the Parliament the relevant document. As stated by the Prosecutor General, the actions of the Deputy seen signs of deliberate evasion of taxes in the amount of 1,846 million.
He lozowy said that the performance of the GPU – the “massacre for political position commands of the Radical party” and “a distinct political order and imitation of struggle against corruption”.

In respect of people’s Deputy from BPP Borislav Rosenblatt GPU also requests the consent of the Parliament not only to criminal prosecution, but detention and arrest. According to Lutsenko, in the policy discernible signs of abuse of influence and bribery for a total amount of 280 thousand dollars.
Note that, according to SAP, Rosenblatt and Poles with the aim of obtaining improper benefits from the representative of non-resident companies which are interested in extraction of amber in Ukraine, used the right of legislative initiative with the aim “to push through the Parliament” a number of changes to the bill, which should improve economic conditions for the company-customer in the mining of amber and its implementation.
Rosenblatt, in turn, insists that filed and then supplemented the draft law on the legalization of amber mining in Ukraine, but the money for that from anybody did not take.
However, representations in respect of these five people’s deputies – this is not all. On June 29, the Verkhovna Rada introduced was the idea of giving consent to the criminal prosecution, the arrest and detention of people’s Deputy Mykhailo Dobkin. According to Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General, the actions of the Deputy seen signs of deliberate arrangement by group of persons for abuse of office and promoting fraud to seize 78 hectares of land in Kharkiv regulatory cost of more than 220 million UAH.
Dobkin said that Lutsenko made a mistake in the names, when he announced the submission to Parliament submission. However, it will also address the regulation Committee, but the date and time are not yet known.
Another person involved in the performance of the GPU on the granting of consent to prosecute – the people’s Deputy from the group “Renaissance” Gennady Bobov. He is charged with tax evasion in the amount of one million dollars. However, as was stated by the MP from the “popular Front” Anton Gerashchenko, the idea was to withdraw from Parliament if the Beans pay taxes. According to Lutsenko, the Deputy paid the full amount and the penalty, therefore the submission was withdrawn.
And another politician whose name is mentioned Yuriy Lutsenko, people’s Deputy Vadim Novinsky. The attorney General said regarding his ongoing pre-trial investigation and can be filed a new submission to the Verkhovna Rada, associated with economic crimes. Novinsky, in turn, said that the GPU of today is the body to settle scores with the opposition.
Note that in December 2016 for the performance of the GPU Novinsky Rada deprived of parliamentary immunity. The Prosecutor General’s office carries out pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 2 of article 146 and part 1 of article 365 of the criminal code on the fact of abuse of power and official authority by former senior officials, namely Viktor Yanukovych, Vitaly Zakharchenko, Vadim Novinsky and Valery Koryak at the unlawful imprisonment of Alexander drabinko – personal assistant to the late Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Vladimir.
