In Moscow today, having the most severe storm the city was struck by a large amount of precipitation in form of rain and hail, strong wind.
In the photo you can see that the clouds so covered the sky that the city in broad daylight it was dark.
Due to heavy rain roads of the city flooded. People are also filmed as a grad staged “bombing” of Moscow.
