The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine supported the initiative of the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank nationalized on bringing the internationally recognized company to develop the business strategy of the financial institution. This is stated in the message on the Ministry’s website.
According to the report, the Bank Supervisory Board has developed terms of reference and invites companies to participate in the selection. Requests to participate, the Bank takes up to 1 July.
We will remind, on June 26, the Chairman of the state Board of PrivatBank Oleksandr Shlapak has resigned. The Supervisory Board of the Bank may consider the application Shlapak at the end of July.
