The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko was sent to the Parliament representation about consent on bringing to criminal responsibility, detention and arrest of people’s Deputy (fraction “popular front”) max Polyakov. About this he wrote on his page in Facebook.
“Made a representation in Parliament about consent on bringing to criminal responsibility, detention and arrest of MP Polyakova,” – said the Prosecutor General.
According to Lutsenko, the actions of the people’s Deputy “seen signs of bribery in the amount of $ 7,500”.
Recall, the attorney General today, June 21, was “fertile day”. This is the fifth performance on MP today. So, he previously made a presentation on bringing to criminal responsibility of people’s deputies Andrey Lozovoy, Oles Dovgy and Yevgeny Deydey, and Borislav Rosenblatt.
As reported, the performance on removal of inviolability from deputies Borislav Rosenblatt (PPB) and Maxim Polyakov (people’s front), which relates to the investigation of the fact of obtaining illegal benefit for the introduction to Parliament of bills and the implementation of other actions associated with the extraction of amber, was signed on June 19.
Within investigation of criminal proceedings on the illegal extraction of amber have already arrested six people.
