The head of the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor Nazar Golodnitsky hopes that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has given consent to the criminal prosecution of people’s deputies which was made the General Prosecutor of Ukraine. About this he wrote on the page in Facebook, reports UNN.
“I hope that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has given consent to the criminal prosecution of their colleagues and party members to conduct objective and complete pre-trial investigation on the grounds of probable corruption crimes,” wrote Holodnitsky, commenting on the views that have made BP the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.
As reported, the Prosecutor General has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on granting consent to criminal prosecution, detention and arrest of people’s Deputy Borislav Rosenblatt.
Also Yury Lutsenko has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on granting consent for the criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Oles Dovgy.
In addition, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on granting consent for the criminal prosecution of people’s Deputy Yevhen Deydey.
We will remind, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine sent to the Verkhovna Rada representation on lifting the parliamentary immunity of the people’s Deputy Andrey Lozovoy.
