The Minister of defence of Turkey has voiced a position on the annexation of the Crimea

In France met the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and his Turkish counterpart Fikir Isik, the press service of the Cabinet.

The Ministers discussed the issues of further development of military-technical cooperation and joint projects between military-industrial complexes of Ukraine and Turkey.

“Taking this opportunity, I invite you to visit our country and participate in the celebrations on the occasion of Independence Day of Ukraine”, – said during the meeting to his colleague Poltorak.

In turn, Isik said that Turkey will continue to support Ukraine. So, according to him, it would not have developed the relations between Turkey and Russia, Ankara will still condemn the annexation of Crimea and assures in support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

We will remind, in March the foreign Ministry of Turkey on the occasion of the third anniversary of the occupation of the Peninsula stated that they do not support the annexation of the Crimea.
