The leader of the agrarian market of Ukraine the company “NIBULON” has once again demonstrated excellent prospects not only of agriculture but of the whole Ukrainian economy, which, despite all the hardships, we are actively developing. This was during the opening of the river transloading terminal of “NIBULON” in the village of White Zaporizhzhya region, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.
“We have a very pleasant event today. When Ukraine opened new enterprises, it means that as we would not have been difficult, the country is developing. What we need today? We need peace, we need democracy, we need a strong economy. And the fact that today we witnessed the opening of such beautiful and remarkable undertaking, it proves that our economy starts recovering. I am deeply convinced that each year such great enterprises will become more”, – said the head of government.
According to him, the task of Ukrainian companies today is to conquer foreign markets, to provide the domestic market with high quality products. “I have a dream that in our country the wages of our employees, our country has taken and received a leading position in the world in many markets. Today we have excellent prospects. We all do in order to build an economically strong and socially just Ukraine. And today’s example shows that people like the hero of Ukraine Alexey Afanasyevich Vadatursky, these are the beautiful people who worked at this company – they are doing modern history, strong Ukraine”, – said Vladimir Groisman.
He also noted the important role of “NIBULON” in the resumption of river cargo and passenger shipping and shipbuilding. “In the past, this was quite serious. Moreover, we can use our river the potential for the movement of goods around the world. So now we need new legislation now needs the support of a river fleet. It is very important that “NIBULON” has including their shipbuilding enterprise. This means that we have a huge demand for the development of river transport in Ukraine. We are a Maritime power, we river power, and not to use it would simply be wrong,” he said in an interview.
According to the head of Zaporizhzhya regional state administration Constantine Bryl, who was also present at the ceremony, the opening of the terminal at a cost of about 500 million UAH for the region – an extraordinary event.
“It’s nice to see that in a hundred days “from scratch” got such a venture. It is the result of coordinated work of the investor, government, local communities. I want to give this as an example of a very socially responsible investor’s attitude toward the territory, which built the enterprise. The company “NIBULON” 17 million UAH. just passed the local community. In addition, it means additional jobs. In addition, it is also from 300 to 400 thousand UAH. will go to the local budget of the community for the development of this community,” added the Governor.
In the presence of Prime Minister of Ukraine, the company “NIBULON” also signed an agreement on granting a loan in the amount of $100 million for business development from the International Finance Corporation.
According to the head of representative office of IFC in Ukraine Elena Voloshina, $60 million of these funds will come directly from the financial structure, and another $40 million will be attracted from other financial sources.

According to forecasts, in the coming 4-5 years, agricultural production in the country will increase by approximately 16 million tons of grain. And in order to translate all this volume of ways, you need to have more than 600 thousand trucks what Ukrainian roads are unfortunately not ready. And that is why special attention is paid to the development of internal waterways of the country”, – said K. Klompenhouwer.
According to him, “NIBULON” in practice proves that the development of water transport and infrastructure, part of which is the new terminal, will benefit not only the company but also in the whole state.
“The Dnieper is a large European river, and therefore its development will turn Ukraine into a large and powerful hub for the shipment of goods and passenger traffic”, – he added.
General Director of “NIBULON”, Hero of Ukraine Alexey Vadatursky, speaking to the crowd of thousands of White residents of the village and the surrounding villages, said that for every new object is an important success.

People worked around the clock to keep the time schedule according to which for 100 days we built this terminal. And today I am the happiest person because with the signing of this loan agreement, I can say that we are the only company in Ukraine, which was a very high trust of three very important financial institutions: IFC, world Bank, European Bank for reconstruction and development and European investment Bank”, – said A.
