The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine has become one step closer to Association with the European Union after the ratification of the Agreement by the Netherlands and the transfer of the process in Brussels. This is stated in the message of the head of state on Facebook.
“A step closer to Association: the Netherlands have completed the ratification of the Agreement. The instrument of ratification was handed over to Brussels”, – stated in the message.
Also Poroshenko said that the next step for Ukraine will be the ratification of the European atomic energy community and the formal decision of the EU Council.
We will remind, yesterday in the official Gazette of the Netherlands “Staatsblad” was published the law on ratification of the Association Ukraine-EU.
