President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko stressed the need for early consideration at a meeting of the Council of national security and defense Council (NSDC) and the National Council of reforms reforming the energy sector. He said this after the signing of the law on electricity market at Trypilska TPP (Ukrainka, Kyiv oblast).
“The government together with the national Commission (national Commission exercising the state regulation in the energy and utilities, NKREKU – Ed.) must quickly formulate an action plan for the implementation of the law (the electricity market – Ed.)”, – the President said.
“As soon as possible the plan of measures to reform the energy sector we need to bring to the meeting of the Council of national security and defense is a matter of national security – at a meeting of the National Council of reforms,” – said Poroshenko.
