Members of Parliament from different political forces require that the National Commission carrying out regulation in the sphere of energy and utilities (NKREKU), not suspend a license fee for the gas, and the cancellation of the decision, Interfax-Ukraine.
So, the head of the faction “Samopomosh” in the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Berezyuk said that the decision should be reversed.
“This decision should not be suspended, cancelled… moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers must submit to the court on the Commission for gross violations of procedures and regulations that have been applied”, – said the MP.
In turn, the head of the faction “people’s front” Maxim Burbak all threatened with change of the composition of the national Commission.
“If they don’t cancel, we will require a total change of the composition of the national Commission”, – he said.
However, the members of the faction of the Radical party in Parliament, headed by Oleg Lyashko has registered in Parliament a draft decree №6279 on the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada to the national Commission with a demand to cancel the decision on compulsory fees for the distribution of gas.
At the plenary session of Parliament on Tuesday, Lyashko demanded the resignation of the head of the national Commission.
As reported in the regulator, the national Commission on 10 April to hold a meetingto consider the suspension of the decision ebonblade for the use of gas infrastructure.

The experts considered that for the apartment with a gas stove without a meter fee of approximately 46 UAH per month, plus a surcharge according to the norms of calculation of 4.4 cubic meters for each registered tenant. But a cubic meter of gas will drop by about 90 cents, or up to six UAH, so it “go away” fee.
