The Belarusian foreign Ministry strongly reacted to the statement Grybauskaite about the actions of Minsk

The Ambassador of Lithuania in Belarus, was summoned to the Belarusian foreign Ministry in connection with the statements of the President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite in a television interview.

“On June 6 in connection with the statements of the President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite in an interview with broadcaster LRT in the Belarusian foreign Ministry had summoned the Ambassador of Lithuania. “Such statements are not made to strengthen security in the region, and to increase its awareness among NATO partners, and popularity among voters,” – said the Minister.

At the same time, noticed there, “very strange that such rhetoric comes from the mouth of the President of the country, friendly relations with which are bonded to the Belarusian-Lithuanian “Agreement on good neighborliness and cooperation”, signed and valid for more than 20 years.”
