Fitness coach Anita Lutsenko dispelled the myth that crackers healthier than bread. She told about it in Instagram.
“Crackers is the same loaf, just not wet and dry. And as you know, calories don’t dry out, it dries just water,” said the coach.
Lutsenko also cited the caloric content of bread loaves, and also encouraged the mind to approach the choice of products.
