The state budget of Ukraine for January-April 2017 a surplus at the level of 19,435 billion against UAH 22,191 billion deficit in the same period of the previous year.
Budget revenues, according to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) for the period amounted to 259,786 billion UAH, expenses – 240,247 billion.
The almost twofold increase of budget revenues in April due to the transfer hour, said the regulator.
The consolidated budget for January-April made a surplus of 38,590 billion against 5,077 billion deficit for the same period in 2016.
The consolidated budget’s revenues for the reporting period amounted to 323,918 billion UAH, expenses – 285,162 billion.
As reported, the deficit of the state budget up to 2016 was $ 70,130 billion, or 2.9% of GDP.
The state budget of Ukraine for 2017 assumes revenues of $ 731 billion UAH, expenses – 800 UAH billion, the maximum level of deficit of 77.5 billion UAH, or 3% of GDP.
