One of the defendants in the “case of the ex-tax” tried to escape from the Ukraine before his detention and had at itself the passport of the citizen of Russia.
About this on his page in Facebook wrote to the chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios.
According to him, the ex-Deputy head of Department of the Ministry of revenues in Dnipropetrovsk region Gennady Kozak was detained at the airport “Borispol”, where he tried to fly outside Ukraine.
The Kozak was seized a Russian passport and 8 thousand rubles. The documents indicated that the former official in 2015 prescribed in the annexed Crimea.
24 may as part of a major anti-corruption operation were detained on 23 former officials of the Ministry of revenues. In 15 regional offices has conducted more than 400 searches.
As you know, the security has published several detainees and ex-officials of the Ministry of income and fees. So, ex-the chief of GU Mindokhodov in the Luhansk region Alexander Antipov – 15 million UAH, the head of tax in Poltava region Vladimir ZADOROZHNY – 12 million UAH, the former head of the STI in Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv GNS Yuri Mostipan – 1 million UAH, the former head of the State tax inspection of Podolsk district of Kiev Alexey Yaroshenko – under the personal obligation.
