The odious President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte decided to urgently return from Russia to the Philippines, reported local TV channel ABS-CBN.
The foreign Minister Alan Peter Cayetano said that Duterte will leave Moscow at 22.00 GMT and will fly into the capital of the Philippines Manila.
“I’ll stay here to sign the agreement. The President feels that he is needed in Manila as soon as possible, ” added Cayetano.
