National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine intends to June to complete the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings against the suspended Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov. This was during a conference said the Director of NABU Sytnyk.
“We plan this month to complete the pre-trial investigation and open the materials side protection. Perhaps it will be the end of the month, perhaps early next,” said Sitnik.
We will remind, the court extended the term of the obligations imposed on Nasirov.
As reported, the chosen measure of restraint – the bail will run until the end of the pretrial investigation. SAP continued the investigation Nasirov until 2 July.
Nasirova on March 2, handed over the notice of suspicion. He is suspected of committing a crime under part 2 St. 364 criminal code of Ukraine (abuse of official position, entailed heavy consequences).
