In the United States was once again the stance of the White house against Russia that sanctions will not be removed until you run the Minsk agreement. This was stated on air of TV channel “112 Ukraine” the speaker of the Ukrainian foreign Ministry Marian Betz, commenting on the negotiations of the President of the United States Donald trump and Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov in Washington.
In her opinion, Russia has received a clear message from the mouth of the President of the United States that need to implement the agreement on Ukraine.
“Clearly, it was noted about the need for Russia to fulfill the Minsk agreements and that Russia is responsible for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. This is a clear signal, there is an absolute understanding that while Russia does not fulfill the Minsk agreements, sanctions will remain in force,” said Betz.
As reported yesterday, trump during the meeting with Lavrov said that Russia is responsible for the full implementation of the Minsk agreements. Also, the U.S. leader said that his administration is ready to continue to participate in the settlement of the conflict in the Donbas.
