Ex-US President Barack Obama warned the current head of state Donald Tampa from the appointment of Michael Flynn national security adviser, informs television channel CNN, citing former officials of the Obama administration.
As noted, Obama warned trump about Flynn during their meeting in the oval office November 10, a few days after trump was elected President of the United States.
According to CNN, trump did not pay attention to the advice of Obama.
Earlier, the Washington Post reported that Flynn has warned of the danger of contacts with the Russian Ambassador.
Michael Flynn was forced to resign in mid-February in connection with the scandal. Then American edition, citing unnamed security sources, reported on a telephone conversation with Flynn with the Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergei Kislyak, which took place even before the official entry of the trump in the position of President of the United States.
