“You know, I learned a lot during his trip to Syria. And most importantly – I learned a lot about Russia’s ability to manipulate and speculate. Although now a lot of Ukrainian deputies really angry at me, eventually they will realize that there is another view on this visit to Syria,” he said.
According to Shukla, this trip gave an understanding of the nature of Russia.
“The visit to Syria will ultimately be useful to in Europe realized how the Russians manipulate the information. It will help to understand the military influence of Russia in Syria,” he said.
Shukla also noted that these events only strengthened his empathy with the Ukrainians in connection with what is happening in the occupied Russian territories in the East of Ukraine.
“Now I understand that Russian manipulated me during this visit”, – said the Deputy.
As earlier reported, the Ukrainian delegation to the PACE demanded the resignation of Agramunt because of his recent trip to Syria.
