The national Agency for prevention of corruption (NACP) will assess the actions of the Ministers who took on bail the former people’s Deputy Mykola Martynenko, the head of the Agency Natalia Korchak.
“NACP based on the determination of the court, in this case str will make their assessment of the actions of the Ministers who participated in the hearing and bailed, the ex-Deputy Nikolay Martynenko,” wrote N. Korczak on our Facebook page on Monday.
According to her, this is the first incident of this nature.
“For me, this situation is unacceptable. Officials involved in the hearing, does not affect their rights and obligations, nonsense,” said the head of the Agency.
