“For the last three years and three months in an accident killed by 12.4 thousand people, maimed more than 100,000 people. I can’t even say that it is statistics, this is terrible figures, which we cannot tolerate. I am deeply convinced that in this matter we, more attention should be given to road safety in our country. This group is now working to earn the necessary decisions that may be taken at the government level, possible changes to the law relating to road traffic safety”, – said Groisman.
We will remind, last year in Ukraine has occurred more than 138 thousand accidents, or 413 of the accident every day. According to statistics, in the country of accident happens every 4 minutes. Every sixth road accident ends in death or injury.
