What are hairstyles for men and women allowed in the DPRK: a total of 30 variants

Women and men of North Korea are only allowed 15 options of hairstyles. This was stated by a Finnish journalist Mika Makelainen.

At the end of April, a man visited Pyongyang and visited the military parade in honor of the 105th anniversary of the birth of North Korea founder Kim Il sung.

On Twitter he posted pictures of the posters with the permitted styles hairstyles for women and men in DPRK.

According to him, apart from the fact that North Korean women are available only 15 images, the colouring is completely absent.

While Mika himself has experienced one of the 15 allowed hairstyles for men, and noted that: “this is not like Kim Jong-UN”.
