The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for issuance (refusal to issue, cancellation) of the permission to import printing products produced on the territory of the aggressor state of Russia or on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. The decision was taken at a government meeting on Wednesday.
According to the draft order, the import of such products is carried out based on the permission of the State Committee for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine (state Committee).
The filing of an application on receipt (cancellation) of permissions is carried out by the business entity (its authorized body or person) in paper form in person or by mail to the administrator of the center of providing administrative services.
To obtain permission you must submit: a statement of permission, indicating the full name of the publication in the original language and the Ukrainian language, country of origin, year of publication, number of copies, which are imported into the customs territory of Ukraine; one original copy of the publication or its electronic equivalent in PDF format; the original or certified in the prescribed manner a copy of the agreement for distribution in Ukraine, concluded with the owner of the rights to the publication.
It is also necessary to provide a review, compiled in the state language evaluator and the characteristics of the content of the publication, signed by the owner of the rights to the publication.
The list of agencies, organizations, representatives of which can be review, approved by the state Committee.
The grant or refusal of the permit is free of charge within ten calendar days from the date of receipt in the state Committee of the application and documents required for issuance of the permit.
