Explosions in St. Petersburg: the Veteran of “alpha” has told about the explosives

The explosions in the metro of St. Petersburg is a planned action, for the preparation of which was made, most likely, “distraction” to lay explosives 100-gram explosive in a trotyl equivalent. This was told on air of TV channel “Rossiya24” President of the International Association of veterans of counterterrorism “alpha” Sergey Goncharov, RIA Novosti-Ukraine.

Goncharov said that in his view, is “pretty well-planned action”, which was prepared with the help of “distractions” for the underground staff.

“But it needs to install those who will investigate,” – said Goncharov.

Judging by the published photos from the scene of an emergency, the power of the explosion exceeded 100 grams, and as the explosives may have been used plastid, the expert believes.

In his opinion, we are talking about the attack, but officially this information has not yet been confirmed.

We will remind, today in the metro of St. Petersburg, two explosions occurred in the subway between stations “Tekhnologichesky Institut-1” and “Sennaya Ploschad”.

As it became known, the attack killed at least 10 people.

In turn the President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that it is too early to talk about the causes of the explosion in the subway of Saint Petersburg, but he does not exclude the version of act of terrorism.
