In Ukraine now there is the first court decision on the confiscation of the political party “DILL” 468 946 thousand hryvnia for violation of the rules contributions from individuals and legal entities. On Friday said the Chairman of the NACP Natalya kochak during the briefing.
“In terms of the requirements regarding financing of parties, we just received the court’s decision on confiscation of deposits,” she said.
“It is established that in support of the party membership fees was carried out through cash transactions. The law prohibits naleznosci financing, this can be done only through banking services,” said Korczak.
According to Korczak, the Pechersky regional court of Kiev found guilty of an administrative offence the head of the Secretariat of the party.
“The head of the Secretariat of the party was found guilty. It imposed a penalty of 1700 hryvnias”, – she noted.
As you know, on Thursday it became known that already there is the first court decision on the confiscation of assets of a political party.
