In NACP commented on the interruptions in the performance of their website

The National Agency for prevention of corruption has noted that “Ukrainian special systems” did not provide them with information on the causes of the outages and the measures taken for their elimination in the Unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local government. About it reports a press-service of the NACP.

The Ministry said that the work of the state register provides the State enterprise “Ukrainian special systems”.

“Again to announce that the National Agency for prevention of corruption in advance took measures to retrofit the hardware base register of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, which allows to increase the number of concurrent sessions in the peak modes of the system in 50 to 70 thousand”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that retrofitting the hardware base Register is executed in accordance with the technical requirements provided by the system administrator – “Ukrainian special systems”. In particular, increased the amount of RAM and extended disk space server hardware, installed additional network equipment and the reconfiguration of the equipment.

In addition, noted in the NACP, according to the agreement between national Agency and the state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems”, providing for the administration of the Unified state register of declarations is vested in the state enterprise.

“Currently, the state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems” has not provided the Agency with information on the causes of the outages and the measures taken to eliminate them. Now experts NACP responsible for IT are the state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems”, to clarify these questions”, – said the press service.

Earlier it was reported that the Unified state register of declarations is malfunctioning. In connection with this, Ukrainian officials complain – civil servants are unable to submit an electronic Declaration.
