So your day was good and productive, you must start the day with a positive. Even if you are terribly sleep-deprived, there are always proven ways to improve mood.

American blogger, communications Manager Lauren Bowen told how to start the day with a positive attitude, reports “New time”.

1. Relax.

Start the day relaxed and calm, not think about potential problems and not be distracted by the “likes” in social networks, online discussions or email notifications. Do not load yourself with the first minute of a new day.

2. Concentrate on the good.

Before you leave the bed, engage your mind and heart and then name three things you are grateful for in this world. These thoughts will inspire you throughout the day.

5. Eat a hearty Breakfast.

6. Move.

7. Set goals and praise yourself.

Decide what three goals I wish to achieve today. When you do this, remind yourself that you are capable, talented and persistent. Move towards your goals and not give up.
